В России создадут «экспертную соцсеть», в которой добровольцы будут выявлять различные чрезвычайные ситуации и сообщать об этом на сайт в удобной форме — фото, видео или текстовом. Внешне портал будет напоминать такие ресурсы, как «Яндекс.Пробки», пишут "Ведомости".

Интернет-портал team112.ru позволит всем желающим отправлять информацию о любых чрезвычайных ситуациях и самостоятельно оценивать степень угрозы с помощью специальных приложений. Собранная таким образом информация будет общедоступна, а на ситуации, требующие вмешательства, будут реагировать МЧС и другие службы.

Добровольцам предоставят космические снимки, снимки с БПЛА, автомобильных видеорегистраторов и других источников пространственных данных. Вся информация будет открыта, а для выявления ложных сообщений будет разработан специальный алгоритм. 

Также будет проводиться и мониторинг соцсетей, поскольку сейчас многие предпочитают снять и выложить видео в сеть, а не звонить немедленно в оперативные службы.
