Пытаясь оторваться от гаишников, водитель BMW врезался в грузовик. Он всем доказывал, что не виноват, его подрезали и он «не регерировал за автомобилем».

Вечером 20 ноября на перекрестке проспекта Ватутина и улицы Братиславской к патрулю ГАИ обратился мужчина. Он пояснил , что только что стал участником ДТП, которое произошло неподалеку. Он остался на месте, а вот виновник происшествия скрылся.

 

Гаишники организовали погоню за скрывшимся на BMW водителем. Уже через несколько минут соответствующий описанию автомобиль был замечен на проспекте Ватутина.

Водитель останавливаться по требованию ГАИ не пожелал и пытался оторваться, грубо нарушая правила. Пришлось подключить дополнительные экипажи.

Наконец, нарушитель не справился с управлением и врезался в припаркованный грузовик на улице Лайоша Гавро. Из машины вышел мужчина, которого буквально «шатало».

Выяснилось, что за рулем был 34 -летний киевлянин. Он в присутствии свидетелей отказался от экспертизы в наркологическом кабинете, а также не захотел провериться на алкотестере.

В интервью Магнолии-ТВ водитель BMW говорил удивительно красноречиво и внятно, несмотря на явные признаки опьянения. Он утверждал, что его «подрезали» гаишники и требовал доказать, что он таранил машины. И вообще за рулем его иномарки никого не было.

Под конец «представления» у водителя сорвало крышу, он начал безудержно материться.
