Выборы в Киеве могут пройти гораздо раньше, чем в 2015 году. Такое мнение высказал Политтехнолог Андрей Золотарев, который консультирует Компартию Украины.

«Попов уже начал готовиться к ним, вроде бы технологи-россияне подтянулись и я вижу ряд политтехнологических моментов, указывающих на приближение «битвы за Киев», может быть, в ближайшие месяцы», - пояснил он в интервью «Главкому».

При этом, по его словам, представителям Партии регионов назначение киевских выборов также выгодно. «В глазах ЕС наша власть не хочет выглядеть одиозно, как враг местного самоуправления и «магдебургского» права», - отметил он.

«Нужно снять проблему легитимации киевского мэра, потому что если эту пружину власти продолжать сжимать, в 2015-м она в Киеве разогнется очень жестко для нее», - подчеркнул политтехнолог.
