Российский оппозиционер Алексей Навальный планирует подать жалобу в Мосгорсуд, чтобы добиться снятия Сергея Собянина с выборов столичного главы, - сообщает Интерфакс

Накануне Навальный в своем блоге заявил, что Собянин нарушает закон, так как у него нет письменного согласия президента РФ на участие в выборах.

Штаб Навального потребовал предъявить копию документа, однако им ничего так и не показали.

"Требование, которое мы вчера предъявили, не было выполнено. Сегодня, как и было обещано, мы подаем иск в Мосгорсуд, и мы будем добиваться снятия Собянина", - заявил сегодня оппозиционер журналистам в Москве.

Напомним, ранее Навальный в своих блогах опубликовал несколько разоблачений, касавшихся имущества Собянина и его дочерей. Оппозиционер, в частности, заинтересовался элитным жильем в Москве и Петербурге, которым владеют дочери политика.
