Львовский губернатор Олег Сало под давлением протестующих в четверг, 23 января, подал в отставку.

По информации Zaxid.net, в обед несколько тысяч львовян пришли с пикетом под Львовскую ОГА, требуя встречи с Сало. Люди осадили здание областной администрации, выкрикивая лозунги: "Заходим!" и "Революция!".

Представитель активистов заместитель председателя Львовского облсовета Валерий Пятак отметил, что люди хотят услышать позицию губернатора, так как за два месяца Евромайдана он ее так и не озвучил.

После этого львовяне зашли в здание облгосадминистрации, поднялись на второй этаж в кабинет Сало, начали петь гимн. Сотрудники ОГА сказали активистам, что Олег Сало сейчас находится в Киеве. После этого инициативная группа объявила, что будет блокировать администрацию и берет власть в свои руки.

Через некоторое время к протестующим под Львовской ОГА вышел сам Сало. Губернатор пытался что-то говорить с ними, однако его никто не слушал. Люди окружили голову ЛОГА, дали ему ручку и бумагу и сказали, что не выпустят, пока он не подпишет заявление об отставке. Под давлением толпы Олег Сало заявление таки подписал, добавляет Погляд.

Как сообщал "Обозреватель", 31 октября президент Виктор Янукович назначил Олега Сало главой Львовской облгорадминистрации.
