Кремлівському консультанту потрібні політологи-фахівці з аналізу еліт, райтери; фахівці з контрпропаганди та організації масових акцій.

Шукає Орлов також фахівців з агітаційним мережам і польової роботі, юристів і дизайнерів.

Водночас, кремлівського спеца цікавлять тільки ті, хто проживав в Україні або працював там тривалий час не пізніше 2010 року.

Як відомо, Орлов є близьким до Кремля фахівцем з державного PR, політолог, політтехнолог.

Він прославився роботою на "Єдину Росію" і Путіна, зокрема він є автором концепції "нової більшості" Путіна в 2005 році, терміну "енергетична наддержава" і доповіді "Нафта в обмін на демократію"
