Загальні збори киян ухвалили резолюцію, у якій вимагають звільнення всіх політичних в'язнів, призначення місцевих виборів, відновлення діяльності районних рад та припинення податкової дискримінації у Києві.

Резолюцію було ухвалено 8 лютого на зборах, які відбулися у колонній залі Київської ради, повідомляє "Інтерфакс-Україна".

Так, загальні збори киян вимагають від влади призначити вибори міського голови та Київради на 13 квітня 2014 року.

Також у резолюції містяться вимоги скасувати всі обмеження на проведення мирних зібрань громадян у Києві та відмовитися від практики перешкоджання мирним зібранням шляхом необґрунтованих судових позовів.

Кияни також виступають за припинення руйнування історичного вигляду Києва, запобігання будівництву зі знесенням скверів, парків, зелених насаджень, дитячих майданчиків, стадіонів та інших об'єктів, важливих для територіальної громади.

Загальні збори киян доручили народним депутатам домагатися ухвалення законів про призначення місцевих виборів у Києві, а також документів, що забезпечують належне фінансове забезпечення столиці.

У зборах взяли участь близько 200 осіб. Зібрання відбулося без інцидентів.
