Кандидат в народные депутаты по округу №132 (Николаевская обл.) Олег Найда ("Радикальная партия") подал в Центральную избирательную комиссию (ЦИК) жалобу относительно нарушения кандидатом в нардепы от "Батькивщины" Аркадием Корнацким ч.2. ст. 53 закона "О выборах народных депутатов", согласно которой, политическая партия может выдвигать кандидатом только своего члена или беспартийного. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Олега Найды, пишет РБК.

Ранее Олег Найда подал в райотдел УМВД Украины в Николаевской области заявление, что Аркадий Корнацкий скрыл в своей автобиографии факт своего членства в партии "Народный Союз "Наша Украина" (НСНУ) . "В автобиографии, подписанной Корнацким и поданной в ЦИК о регистрации Корнацкого как кандидата в народные депутаты, указано, что он является беспартийным. Но это не соответствует действительности, поскольку общеизвестным является факт пребывания Корнацкого на тот момент и сейчас членом политической партии НСНУ", - сказано в заявлении Найды.

Он подчеркнул, что этот факт подтверждается справкой исполкома областной организации НСНУ от 7 июля с.г. Кроме того, добавил Олег Найда, Аркадий Корнацкий до сих пор является депутатом Первомайского райсовета от партии "Наша Украина".
