Прошедшие восьмого сентября выборы в Народный Хурал стали одними из самых грязных: одних только заявлений о нарушениях в день голосования поступило более четырёх сотен. В Улан-Удэ портили баннеры, подкупали избирателей и даже покупали голоса за рюмку водки.

"В целом чувствуется тот черный пиар, о котором говорится в СМИ, чёрные политтехнологии дошли и до нас, -  отметил начальник полиции МВД по Бурятии Олег Калинкин. - Это и по количеству сообщений-заявлений, и по нарушениям". 

Среди нарушений – порча избирательных бюллетеней, подвоз, подкуп избирателей, также подкуп путём спаивания населения, сообщает Байкал Daily. Наиболее напряженная ситуация была в Железнодорожном районе Улан-Удэ. 

"Там была самая жёсткая конкурентная борьба и между партиями, и между кандидатами, - сказал Олег Калинкин - Около десятка подвозов было зарегистрировано, хотя заявлений было больше. Также населению предлагалось за рюмку водки отдать голос за того или иного кандидата"
