Спикер Рады Владимир Рыбак убежден, что выборы в Киеве не нужны никому. Их не хочет ни власть, ни оппозиция. По его словам, среди политических сил нет согласия относительно даты проведения выборов.

Парламентские фракции не могут договориться, поэтому Рыбак уверен, что выборы никому не нужны, пишет ТСН. Кроме того, спикер напомнил, что очередные и внеочередные выборы должны быть проведены в последнее воскресенье октября 5-го года полномочий.

Конституционный суд разрешил провести выборы в Киеве в 2015 году. КС исходит из того, что периодичность проведения выборов в государственной власти и органов местного самоуправления должна быть разумной, с целью обеспечения оптимальности, преемственности и стабильности в формирование представительных органов.
