Назначенная оккупантами прокурор Крыма Наталья Поклонская, которую пользователи соцсетей нарекли «Няшей», утвердила обвинительное заключение к уголовному делу о пропаганде нацизма, возбужденному в отношении 30-летнего жителя Сакского района. Об этом сегодня пишет "Главком".

В ведомстве пояснили, что обвиняемый, «будучи приверженцем национал-радикальных взглядов», разместил на своей личной странице в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» файлы, направленные на возбуждение ненависти и вражды по отношению к лицам другой национальности, а также нацистскую атрибутику и символику.

«Своими действиями он совершил преступление, предусмотренное ч. 1 ст. 282 УК Российской Федерации (возбуждение ненависти либо вражды, а равно унижение человеческого достоинства)», - сообщили в прокуратуре Крыма. Уголовное дело направлено в суд для рассмотрения по существу.
