У Новій Зеландії чоловік вирішив орендувати вертоліт, щоб добровільно здатися поліціянтам.

Зазначається, що підозрюваний у кількох злочинах Джеймс Браянт кілька тижнів переховувався від поліції у сільській місцевості.

Увесь цей час чоловік “багато займався йогою”.

Одного дня Браянт зрозумів, що необхідно добровільно здатися поліціянтам, оскільки його можуть визнати небезпечним для суспільства.

Тоді чоловік зателефонував своєму адвокату Артуру Тейлору й попросив організувати його добровільну появу у відділку поліції.

При цьому Браянт орендував вертоліт, взяв із собою адвоката й полетів до поліції. Захисник розповів журналістам, що його клієнт “хотів виглядати стильно”.

Тейлор додав, що дорогою до поліціянтів Браянт пригощав його устрицями та дорогим шампанським. Як тільки чоловік зійшов з борту вертольота, поліція закувала його у кайданки.
