До Президента України Володимира Зеленського нібито з Вифлеємським вогнем привели членів Спілки піонерських організацій Києва. Про це повідомив український тележурналіст, політолог та історик Андрій Ковальов у facebook: "Оточення Зеленського привело до нього підробних пластунів ???
"Зранку читаю новини, що пластуни принесли Зеленському Вифлиємський вогонь миру, а далі дивлюся фотографії і розумію, що це не пластуни. Це члени організації СПОК, як розшифровується СПОК? Спілка піонерських організацій Києва. Довга історія. В 90-ті були ділки, які взяли під себе піонерські організації у Києві і пробувало переробити їх у скаутів. Вийшло не дуже. Форму можливо і змінили, а зміст лишився той самий", - пише Андрій Ковальов.
За словами історика у Зеленського були не пластуни. "Наскільки мені відомо, цього року Офіс Президента України пластунів не запрошував", - стверджує Андрій Ковальов.
На сайті Президента повідомлено, що Президент України Володимир Зеленський і перша леді Олена Зеленська зустрілися з представниками скаутських організацій та отримали з їхніх рук Вифлеємський вогонь.
Водночас на сайті Асоціації гайдів України нічого не згадано про сьогоднішні відвідини Офісу Президента. А остання новина про діяльність цієї асоціації датована ще 23 листопада 2019 року.
