По словам директора УИНП, залог существования Украины как суверенного государства, гарантия прав и свобод человека и гражданина, - "это мощь ВСУ 

Видео, на котором директор УИНП Антон Дробович рассказывает, какую модель памяти о событиях той войны выбрала Украина и почему, размещено в YouTube института.

 Дробович напомнил, что за годы войны с 1939 по 1945-й Украина потеряла более восьми миллионов жизней. Эти дни, сказал он, символизируют не триумф победителей над побежденными - "они должны напоминать о страшной трагедии, а также быть предостережением, что нельзя силой решать конфликты между народами".

Глава УИНП подчеркнул, что уроком ВМВ "должен быть не культ победы, а умение ценить мир, категорически и бескомпромиссно его защищать".

"Именно поэтому мы выбираем ответственную европейскую модель памятования "Никогда снова", а не манипулятивную агитку "Можем повторить".

Только негодяи или не понимающие ада войны могут желать ее повторения. Сейчас Украина так же воюет с агрессором.

Сегодня это - путинская Россия, и мы не имеем права проиграть, потому что так же, как им 75 лет назад, мы защищаем родную землю", - сказал Дробович.
