Днепровский районный суд Киева оштрафовал мужчину на 119 грн за хулиганские действия, в частности за нецензурную брань в общественном месте.

Об этом говорится в постановлении суда от 6 декабря 2019 года, которое опубликовано в Едином реестре судебных решений.

В октябре 2018 года в 05:45 по ул. Курнатовского, 24 мужчина в состоянии алкогольного опьянения цеплялся к прохожим и нецензурно выражался в сторону полицейских, а именно выкрикивал: “Мусора п*дарасы”, чем нарушил общественный порядок.

На судебном заседании он в содеянном признался.

Таким образом, хулиган должен заплатить штраф в размере семи необлагаемых доходов граждан – 119 грн, а также судебные сборы.

Отмечается, что мужчина является инвалидом 2-й группы.
