Держдума Росії прийняла закон, який зобов'язує встановлювати на смартфони, комп'ютери і телевізори Smart TV при їх продажу вітчизняне програмне забезпечення.

Повідомляє сайт Держдуми

Дослівно: "У третьому, остаточному читанні, прийнятий закон, згідно з яким при продажу окремих видів технічно складних товарів на них будуть встановлювати російське програмне забезпечення".

Відзначається, що перелік пристроїв і програм визначить Уряд РФ.

Як приклад автори законопроекту наводять смартфони, комп'ютери і телевізори з функцією "смарт-ТВ".

Згідно з пояснювальною запискою, закон буде сприяти просуванню російських програм на ринку інформаційних технологій, забезпечить захист інтересів російських інтернет-компаній і "дозволить зменшити кількість зловживань з боку великих іноземних компаній".

Документ набуде чинності з 1 липня 2020 року.
