Центральная избирательная комиссия (ЦИК) Украины обратилась в полицию после пересчета голосов в 198-м одномандатном избирательном округе (ОИО) на досрочных выборах Верховной Рады.

Как передает Цензор.НЕТ, об этом Центризбирком проинформировал 30 октября.

"Комиссией 28–29 октября 2019 года в режиме заседания во исполнение судебного решения проведен повторный подсчет голосов избирателей на избирательных участках №№ 710238, 710240, 710242, 710244, 710245, 710246, 710247, 710248, 710250, 710251, 710252, 710253, 710254, 710255, 710256, 710257, 710258, 710259, 719260, 710261, 710262 ОИО №198. В ходе проведения такого подсчета комиссией были выявлены обстоятельства, которые могут свидетельствовать о возможном совершении административного или уголовного правонарушения... Комиссия обратилась к Национальной полиции Украины для проведения проверки... обстоятельств нарушения законодательства Украины", – сказано в сообщении.

В ЦИК считают, что "выявленные комиссией факты нарушений требований избирательного закона требуют проверки и предоставления соответствующей оценки правоохранительными органами".
