В офіційній газеті Кабінету міністрів України "Урядовий кур'єр" опубліковав указ президента Петра Порошенка про введення воєнного стану на 60 діб від 14:00 26 листопада. Хоча вчора, 27 листопада, у Раді вирішили ввести воєнний стан на 30 діб від 9:00 28 листопада на території 10 областей.

Своєю чергою, у Кабміні уже заявили про помилку. У прес-службі Кабміну ТСН підтвердили, що наказ опублікували невірний. Нині готують офіційне спростування, а завтра обіцяють надрукувати вірний проголосований документ.

"Вияснили. Помилково надруковано, відповідальні будуть притягнуті до дисциплінарної відповідальності. Оголошення про спростування буде надруковано. Цей указ взагалі скасовано. У завтрашньому випуску буде оприлюднено закон і відповідний Указ", - написала віце-прем'єр-міністр з питань європейської та євроатлантичної інтеграції України Іванна Климпуш-Цинцадзе у соцмережі Facebook.

Згідно з п. 2 ст. 190 регламенту Верховної ради України, "відповідний указ президента України набирає чинності після його затвердження Верховною радою і негайно оголошується через засоби масової інформації або оприлюднюється в інший спосіб".
