Народному депутату не сподобалося те, що прокурор дозволив собі приватне висловлювання про підозрювану, в якому порівняв її з російськими солдатами, затриманими в Україні.

 
Підозрювана Надія Савченко нецензурно вилаялася на адресу прокурора Олександра Банника прямо в залі суду під час засідання, де їй у п'ятницю, 23 березня, обирають запобіжний захід.
 
Савченко обурило те, що прокурор провів аналогію між її справою та історією російських спецназівців Александрова і Єрофєєва.
 
"Вони тоді виглядали краще, оскільки їм вистачило розуму... не влаштовувати терористичний акт на території власної країни", - сказав він.
 
У відповідь Савченко різко висловилася про прокурора. Відповідне відео на своєму каналі опублікував Гордон.
 
"...Мені прикро, що такі, як ви, є стовпами, на яких тримається ця влада. Потім вас підпиляють, змішають, і будете на фронті гинути, як зараз гинуть наші солдати... А коли вони так само, добробати, тримали, як стовпи, цю грьобану владу! ", - сказала вона. Далі Савченко не стрималася і крикнула: "довб**б, бл **ь!".
 
На момент публікації суд знаходиться в дорадчій кімнаті, де приймає рішення щодо визначення для нардепа Надії Савченко запобіжного заходу.
