Систему е-декларування розробили студенти Київського політеху, в свою чергу, грант уряду Данії на створення системи розікрали.
 

Про це під час звіту у Раді заявив генеральний прокурор Юрій Луценко, передає Еспресо.TV.

"Слідство з'ясувало, щодо жодного конкурсу з обрання переможця створення системи електронного декларування не було. Уряд Данії надав кошти на створення системи електронного декларування для організації ПРООН в Україні. Ця організація визначила виконавця робіт ТОВ "Міранда", що було встановлено працівниками фіскальної служби", - зазначив Луценко.

За його даними, керівник ТОВ "Міранда" пан (Юрій - ред.) Новіков підписав угоду і доручив виконання цих робіт викладачу Київського політеху, а також його студентам, що вони і зробили.

"І вся ця система була зроблена цими особами", - додав він.

Водночас Новіков, за словами генпрокурора, вирішив присвоїти кошти, виділені на створення електронного декларування, і перерахував їх через фіктивну фірму на рахунок в Естонії.
