У Києві патрульні зупинили автомобіль із російськими дипломатичними номерами, за кермом якого був нетверезий водій.

Так, до поліції подзвонили перехожі, які бачили, як нетверезий водій сідав за кермо. Після зупинки він  одразу викликав співробітника російського консульства.

Разом вони спочатку не розуміли української, якою розмовляли патрульні, а потім запевняли, що водій не міг вживати алкоголь, адже нині піст і пиячити у Вербну неділю - великий гріх.

Утім коли патрульні запропонували пройти алкотест, водій відмовився. На нього склали адмінпротокол, який передали у Міністерство закордонних справ. Автівку з дипломатичними номерами приїхав забирати ще один співробітник російського консульства.
