Парламент Венгрии начал обсуждение нового законопроекта, который предусматривает введение запрета на использование национал-социалистической и коммунистической символики в коммерческих целях, сообщает Reuters.
В случае принятия данного документа, в стране под запретом может оказаться логотип нидерландской пивоваренной компании Heineken — красная пятиконечная звезда. В черный список также могут попасть свастика, серп и молот. Новый законопроект предусматривает штраф до 6,5 млн евро и даже тюремное заключение за использование вышеупомянутых знаков, которые, по мнению местных властей, олицетворяют тоталитарные режимы.
Heineken - пивоваренная компания со штаб-квартирой в Амстердаме, одна из крупнейших в мире. Пятиконечная красная звезда на зеленой бутылке Heineken известна потребителям пива во всем мире. Она появилась на этикетках компании в 1930-х годах. После Второй Мировой войны звезда стала бесцветной, однако в 1991 году логотип вновь вернулся к традиционному красному цвету.
