На вулицях українських міст важко знайти креативну рекламу житла. Не важко зіграти на сексизмі, обігравши розмір жіночих грудей, або візуально рекламувати стрижку, маючи на увазі знижку на квартиру.  

Реклами квадратних метрів багато, а от справжнього кретиву - бракує.

Приємно здивували креативщики ЖК "Супутник Гатне". Аби показати, що житло недалеко від станції метро креативщики придумали романтичний слоган: "три поцілунки до метро".

Рекламщики використали прийом асоціації. По-перше, слоган означає, що метро поряд. По-друге, звучить романтично. Хоча, для закоханих - навіть один поцілунок може перетворити велику відстань у коротку мить.
