Американська компанія Google може бути заблокована на території Росії, якщо не створить окрему юридичну особу для внесення до спеціального реєстру.

Зокрема, Роскомнадзор наказав всім іноземним компаніям, які володіють новинними агрегаторами, зареєструвати на території РФ окрему юрособу. На виконання цього припису компаніям відведуть перший квартал наступного року.

"В іншому випадку компанії будуть заблоковані на території РФ за невиконання місцевого законодавства", - зазначає видання.

У американськоїкомпанії в Росії вже є юрособа – ТОВ "Гугл", однак основним напрямком його роботи є рекламна діяльність, а не інформаційні послуги. Закон про новинних агрегаторах в РФ вступає в силу 1 січня 2017 року.
