До чого тільки не додумуються креативщики, щоб продати нерухомість у столиці. Доходить навіть до неймовірних асоціацій.

Наприклад, на борді зображено людину більше схожу на Діда Мороза, але з оригінальною зачіскою. Слоган "ріжемо усе, що відросло!" вперто викликає асоціацію з перекурнею. 

Але ілюзії розбиваються фразою "-10% на всі квартири". Тобто, під стрижкою рекламщики вирішили продати квадратні метри.
