Японский город Сибуси выпустил рекламный ролик, который был призван привлечь внимание к городским фермам, занимающимися выращиванием угрей.

Однако вокруг рекламы разгорелся скандал. Ролик назвали сексистским и извращенным, сообщает газета The Guardian.

Видео начинается с того, что молодая девушка под аккомпанемент приятной фортепианной музыки резвится в бассейне и просит, чтобы ее покормили. В других сценах она сидит на бортике или играет с обручем. Казалось, бы ничего особенного не случится.

Однако внезапно происходит непредсказуемое: девушка прощается со зрителями, прыгает в бассейн и превращается в угря, которого затем жарят на гриле. Закадровый голос все это время рассказывает, что он сделал все возможное, чтобы вырастить ее. "Мы заботимся о наших угрях", — говорит он в конце.

Видео шокировало пользователей соцсетей. Один из них в своем "Твиттер" назвал эту рекламу "пропагандой похищения и каннибализма". В итоге городской совет был вынужден удалить скандальный ролик.
