В Національному антикорупційному бюро України виявили ознаки адміністративного правопорушення у процедурі купівлі квартири в центрі Києва народним депутатом Сергієм Лещенко.

"Безвідсоткова позичка, яку Лещенко отримав від керівника Української правди Олени Притули, має ознаки адміністративного правопорушення, пов'язаного з корупцією", - заявив глава НАБУ Артем Ситник на брифінгу а понеділок, 19 вересня, йдеться в повідомленні відомства в Twitter.

Ситник зазначив, що Лещенко також не вказав у своїй декларації мати, у якої позичив 78 тисяч доларів на купівлю квартири.

"НАБУ передасть матеріали перевірки квартири Лещенка в НАПК, оскільки не має повноважень розглядати адмінправопорушення", - підкреслив глава Бюро.

Крім того в НАБУ не знайшли підтверджень того, що Лещенко придбав нерухомість за заниженою ціною, про що він заявляв раніше.
