Анастасія Багаліка: Чому у нас настільки популярний сайт парламенту?

Олександр Саліженко: Ми вважаємо, що це відбувається через те, що на сайті знаходиться вся законодавча база України, також є база підзаконних актів, що для парламентів є більше виключенням для парламентів, ніж правилом.

Ми готувалися до стратегічної сесії, яка мала розроблювати комунікаційну стратегіюВР. Вирішили промоніторити сайт Верховної Ради. Громадський рух «Чесно» багато років моніторить саму Верховну Раду і діяльність народних депутатів. Ми постійно користувалися сайтом, але не дивилися його технічні показники.

Так як у нас немає доступу до Google Analytics сайту, ми вирішили скористатися відкритим інструментом, який дозволяє переглядати, я помітив, що відвідування за місяць становить 6 700 000. Це досить велике число. Я почав шукати в якій країні може бути більше. Я перевірив більшість великих країн Європи. Числа були набагато меншими. Перевірили Росію, Китай, Індію, США, але не змогли знайти відвідування більше, ніж в Україні. На першому етапі ми зробили аналіз 16 країн, але вирішили не зупинятися на цьому.

Ми з колегами порадилися і перевірили всі країни-члени ООН. Більше числа не знайшли.

Я написав лист начальнику управління комп’ютеризованих систем ВР Олексію Сидоренку. Він надав нам Google Analytics. Ми співставили показники. Похибка була мінімальна.

Олег Білецький: Ви будете продовжувати дослідження?
Олександр Саліженко: Так, ми будемо стежити самі і попросимо надати дані Олексія Сидоренка.

Анастасія Багаліка: Сайт ВР відрізняється якісно від сайтів інших парламентів?

Олександр Саліженко: Я б не сказав, що він є зручним. Вдалий сайт у німецького Бундестагу. У них є мобільний додаток, відео.
