Следственный комитет России возбудил уголовное дело против депутата Курской областной думы Ольги Ли за ее текст в соцсети ВКонтакте и видеозаписи на YouTube. 

Ли обвиняется в "возбуждении ненависти либо вражды, унижении человеческого достоинства" (ч.1 ст.282 УК РФ), передает Лига.нет.

В Следкоме заявили, что депутат разместила на своей странице соцсети печатный текст обращения, а также опубликовала видеозаписи своих выступлений, в которых "содержатся высказывания, направленные на унижение достоинства… представителей власти, в частности сотрудников правоохранительных органов и судебной системы".

К такому выводу следователи пришли на основании лингвистического исследования. При этом не указывается, о каких именно высказываниях Ли идет речь​.

4 марта депутат Курской областной думы РФ Ольга Ли обвинила президента России Владимира Путина в "преступном заговоре против собственного народа" и "пропаганде насилия, которая льется с экранов подконтрольных государству телеканалов". Соответствующее видеообращение Ли опубликовала на YouTube. Она также заявила, что не согласна с аннексией Крыма.

Неделю назад против Ольги Ли возбудили дело по ч.1 ст.298.1 УК РФ (клевета в отношении судьи в связи с рассмотрением дел или материалов в суде).
