Суд в Амстердамі зобов'язав інтернет-гіганта Google надати дані акаунтів, з яких були написані фальшиві онлайн-відгуки про погану роботу місцевого дитячого садка.

Представники установи раніше поскаржилися, що у кількох відгуках містяться серйозні необґрунтовані претензії про те, що співробітники дитячого садка погано доглядають за дітьми, пише ВВС

Після того, як Google не відреагував на прохання закладу видалити ці відгуки, представники дитячого садка звернулися до суду.

У результаті суддя зобов'язав Google видалити рецензії та виплатити представникам дитячого садка 1,6 тисячі доларів.

Крім того, згідно з рішенням суду, інтернет-компанія повинна передати позивачам адреси електронної пошти, номери телефонів та інші дані чотирьох авторів рецензій, один з яких писав під ім'ям померлої жінки.
