Решение по второму иску о вечной блокировке русскоязычного ресурса RuTracker вступило в законную силу, сообщает пресс-служба Мосгорсуда.

"В ближайшее время Мосгорсуд отправит данное решение в Роскомнадзор", - сказал сотрудник пресс-службы, передает Интерфакс

4 декабря прошлого года Мосгорсуд вынес решение по второму иску к самому популярному ресурсу русскоязычного интернета RuTracker, ограничив доступ к нему на постоянной основе.

Тогда суд рассматривал исковые заявления ООО "Издательство "Эксмо" к корпорации Дримторрент о защите исключительных прав и ограничении доступа к сайту RuTracker.org на постоянной основе, а также иск ЗАО "СБА Продакшн" к тому же ответчику, а также к акционерному обществу "Хецнер онлайн" о защите интеллектуальной собственности.

По информации суда, в иске "Эксмо" речь шла, в частности, о литературном произведении Виктора Пелевина "Смотритель", а в иске СБА - о фонограммах песен Гуфа "Вход", "Хобби", "Спокоен", "На пол", "Сегодня-завтра", "Наш почерк", "Распорядок дня", "Бессоница", "Баллада", "Мои демоны".

Третьим лицом в обоих исковых заявлениях выступал Роскомнадзор.
