Генеральна прокуратура має намір повідомити про підозру колишньому міністру юстиції Олені Лукаш протягом 72 годин і звернутися до суду про обрання запобіжного заходу.

Про це на брифінгу повідомив прокурор Генеральної прокуратури Владислав Куценко, пишуть Українські новини.

З його слів, вона підозрюється в розкраданні державних коштів (ст. 191 Кримінального кодексу), а також у службовій підробці (ст. 366).

Він уточнив, що мова йде про штучне проведення тендерів в період літа-осені 2013 року.

Саме тоді, за даними прокуратури, Лукаш, зловживаючи обов'язками міністра юстиції, за змовою з іншими працівниками Мін'юсту фактично штучно провела тендерні процедури з метою реалізації загальнодержавної програми адаптації законодавства України до законодавства ЄС.

"У процесі реалізації цієї програми вона заволоділа державними коштами в розмірі понад 2,5 млн гривень", - сказав Куценко.

Він зазначив, що це лише один з епізодів, який буде досліджуватися за звинуваченням Лукаш.

Також Лукаш перевіряється на предмет можливої причетності до злочинів проти активістів Євромайдану.

Як повідомлялось, СБУ затримала Лукаш в Києві.
