В Белгород-Днестровском Одесской области прошедший дождь вызвал неожиданный эффект: уложенный накануне асфальт буквально смыло. Как пишет Новостной портал Бессарабии, «предвыборный» асфальт на улице Победы был уложен после ремонта теплотрассы, сообщает Новый регион.

После затяжного затяжного дождя произошла усадка грунта, в результате чего свежий асфальт «ушел» под землю. Местные жители в соцсетях пишут, что на следубщий день утром провал был устранен.

Тем не менее, люди возмущены халатностью городских властей и не понимают, почему нельзя было уложить асфальт с соблюдением всех необходимых норм.
