В четверг, 13 августа, вечером Приморский районный суд Одессы вынес заочное решение об аресте бывшего народного депутата, члена фракции Партии регионов Игоря Маркова, ранее задержанного в Италии.

Как сообщила пресс-служба суда, Приморский райсуд под председательством Вадима Коваленко, выслушав позиции сторон обвинения и защиты, принял решение об аресте экс-нардепа,передает Новое время

Также сообщается, что ходатайство об определении меры пресечения в отношении Маркова в виде ареста подала в Приморский райсуд прокуратура Одесской области.

"Марков подозревается в совершении преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 296 (хулиганство с нанесением телесных повреждений) Уголовного кодекса Украины. С декабря 2014 Марков находится в международном розыске, поскольку Приморский суд не имеет возможности рассмотреть эпизод с избиением Марковым активиста партии Свобода, который имел место в 2007 году ", - сообщили в суде.
