Донецька та Луганська обласні військово-цивільні адміністрації повинні до 21 вересня подати до Центральної виборчої комісії перелік населених пунктів на території даних областей, в яких місцеві вибори 25 жовтня не проводитимуться.

Про це йдеться в роз'ясненні ЦВК щодо органів місцевого самоврядування Донецької та Луганської областей, в яких неможливе проведення місцевих виборів 25 жовтня.

Згідно з роз'ясненням, Донецька і Луганська ОВГА повинні подати до ЦВК перелік окремих районів і населених пунктів на території цих областей, які визнані тимчасово окупованими і в яких місцеві вибори не проводяться.

Також Донецька і Луганська ОВЦА повинні подати перелік населених пунктів, в яких проведення виборів є неможливим.
