Наступне засідання по справі Кернеса відбудеться 26 серпня. Саме в цей день розпочинається вибоча кампанія і саме в цей день Кернес звернеться до харків'ян з проханням підтримати його на майбутніх виборах

 

Вся суть сьогоднішнього фарсу, яка вмістилася в 6 хвилин судового засідання - вкладається в просту формулу: з судами можна домовитися про все. Формально там все добре: ніяких юридичних зачепок до судді нема і бути не може. Процесуально все витримано бездоганно.

Чи знала прокуратура, що саме таку тактику (затягування в суді) обере Кернес? Звичайно ж знала. Чи можна було щось цьому протиставити? Ми всі знаємо, що держава в певних випадках може бути дуже переконливою.

Тепер не складно уявити собі, як Кернес на інвалідному візку ходить на судові засідання і говорить, що його переслідують за те, що він любить харків'ян. І він буде правий, бо за останній рік ніхто в масовій свідомості не працював над поясненням того, а за що ж таки судять Кернеса. Ніхто особливо не нагадував, що він писав і творив під час Майдана. Виборець бачить картинку, де інвалід розповідає про знущання, а прокурор не говорить нічого. І це на фоні того, що в Кернеса нема реального конкурента. Ну не працює в Харкові ні один теоретично-рейтинговий кандидат. Ні Геращенко, ні будь-хто інший досі навіть не почали кампанії.

І наостанок, хотів би нагадати всім про одну суперважливу новину сьогоднішнього дня: Шокін звільнив Гузиря з посади першого заступника генпрокурора (Гузиря до останнього називали людиною, яка де-факто управляла цим відомством). Звільнили Гузиря так тихо, що ніхто нічого не помітив. Якщо виходити з дружніх стосунків Гузиря і Шокіна, може це й правильно. Але ж крім цього є й питання відбілювання іміджу генеральної прокуратури де прізвище Гузиря явно проглядалося в чорнющих тонах. Ну як із цього звільнення не зробити нормальну медіаподію просто незрозуміло. Хоча, всі ж розуміють, що Гузиря замінили на людину Гузиря. А тому, все йде по плану.
