Видеоролик выложил Джеральд Уэлен, который посетил ресторан с семьей — женой и 6-летним ребенком. Его супруга услышала за спиной тяжелое дыхание, после чего он начал снимать происходящее на экране. Представитель KFC пообещал, что компания примет меры и будет тщательнее подходить к транслируемым каналам. Пользователи YouTube отмечают, что эротическая сцена — это часть сериала «Чужестранка» (Outlander) на телеканале Starz, а не порнография.
