Проти українського видання в Криму завели справу за "заклики до порушення цілісності Росії".

Так звана влада Криму порушила справу за статтею 280.1 КК РФ "Публічні заклики до здійснення дій, спрямованих до порушення територіальної цілісності Російської Федерації". Про це повідомляє прес-служба Кримської польової місії з прав людини.

За повідомленням, причина порушення справи - публікація "Центру журналістських розслідувань".

Заступник голови Кримської польовий місії з прав людини Д.Макаров стверджує, що стаття 280.1 КК РФ, сформульована настільки розпливчасто, що під неї може потрапити будь-яке обговорення кордонів РФ або майбутні її території. Покарання за цією статтею може досягати позбавлення волі на 5 років.

"Порушення кримінальної справи в Криму за статтею 280.1 КК РФ за публікацію "Центру журналістських розслідувань" - свідчення прямого втручання до свободи вираження поглядів", - заявив правозахисник.

На думку заступника голови КПМ України О.Скрипник, влада Криму взагалі не може застосовувати російське законодавство до українського ЗМІ.

"Центр журналістських розслідувань" зареєстрований Міністерством юстиції України та знаходиться в Києві, таким чином це українське ЗМІ. 

Вона впевнена, що застосування норми про так званий сепаратизм за статтю в українському ЗМІ говорить про тиск на свободу слова і переслідуванні українських журналістів.
