Зокрема, відвідувачі зможуть "політати" в будь-якій точці, яку оберуть на Google Maps, за допомогою гігантського екрану.

Магазин відкрився в Currys PC World на жвавій вулиці Лондона і призначений для того, щоб люди могли спробувати Android, планшети, ноутбуки та інші продукти від Google.

Це має деяку схожість з плануванням у багатьох магазинах Apple.

Один з працівників Google Джейм Еліас зазначив: "Темп модернізації наших пристроїв неймовірний. У магазині Google ми хочемо запропонувати людям місце, де вони зможуть грати, експериментувати і дізнаватися про всі новинки, які Google може запропонувати".

У магазині, який відкриває свої двері сьогодні, клієнти зможуть зануритися у гігантський екран під назвою "Портал" та подорожувати по різних частинах світу.

Клієнти також зможуть показати свої творчі здібності на Doodle-стіні, домальовуючи логотип або створюючи щось своє. Відвідувачі зможуть дивитися фільми з Google Play та YouTube через Chromecast. Також можна буде спробувати найновіші планшети з Andoid. 

У майбутньому планують відкрити "Табор віртуального простору" для дітей, де будуть навчати малюків основам кодування.

Ейнслі Сайкс, старший менеджер проекту Currys PC World, вважає: "Це буде новий та інноваційний спосіб заохочувати клієнтів приходити в магазин, тут поєднують веселі і захоплюючі технології разом з навчанням".

Експерти Google буде під рукою, щоб максимально навчити користувачів і забезпечити допомогу і підтримку по всьому Google.
