Бывший донецкий тележурналист, который сейчас живет на подконтрольной украинским властям территории, очень удивился, когда ему сообщили, что он находится в милицейском розыске как боевик,пишет "Сегодня"

"Друзья и коллеги рассказали, что на сайте МВД в разделе "Розыск террористов" – мои фотография, фамилия, имя и отчество, – рассказал тележурналист Сергей Болдырев. – Только дата рождения и адрес проживания другие, в Дебальцево".

По его словам, Дебальцевский горотдел милиции разыскивает этого человека за активное участие в незаконных вооруженных формированиях.

"А фото мое было взято из соцсетей. Видимо, милиционеры просто вбили в поисковик данные и взяли фото первого, кто выпал в списке. Но ведь в такую ситуацию может попасть любой человек!", – добавляет Сергей.

Дончанин уже давно проживает в другом регионе Украины и заявляет, что никогда не принимал участия ни в каких бандформированиях. "Я теперь не знаю, как приезжать домой, если на всех блокпостах есть эти данные. Очень трудно будет объяснить, что это ошибка милиции, что они не проверили информацию", – переживает Болдырев и собирается добиваться от правоохранителей Дебальцево, чтобы они как можно быстрее убрали его фото с сайта.

В пресс-службе прокуратуры Донецкой области рассказали, что у Сергея есть возможность обратиться с заявлением в органы прокуратуры.

"В заявлении он может потребовать привлечь к ответственности за служебную халатность сотрудников милиции, которые не проверили информацию и предоставили недостоверные данные в материалы розыска, – сообщили в прокуратуре. – После проверки безусловно фото должно быть снято с сайта".
