Масштаб обвалу Київстарі свідчить про те, що цей збій носить не технічний характер, а політичний. Київстар не працює повністю. Ані телефонної мережі, ані інтернету. 

Навіть сайт зник. Хоча технічне функціонування сайту взагалі ніяк на пов'язано з мережами і технологіями GSM чи LTE.

Я майже впевнений, що це не збій, а... відключення. Саме так, Київстар просто відключили. Єдине питання - хто і для якої цілі. Маю дві основні версії:
1. Відключила українська держава з метою остаточного витіснення підсанкційного російського олігарха Михайла Фрідмана з цього активу.
2. Відключив все сам Фрідман, щоб показати масштаб національної залежності від Київстару і у такий спосіб власним шантажем протидіяти шантажу з боку української держави.

Нагадаю, останнім часом Київстар робить максимум зусиль, щоб в публічній комунікації про Фрідмана згадувалося якомога менше. Більше того, рівно місяць тому в екстреному порядку в раду директорів Київстару включили Майка Помпео, колишнього держсекретаря США часів президентства Трампа. Звісно, це хід для захисту активу.

Проте все рівно правди ніде діти - за наявними публічними відомостями 47% акцій таки належать Фрідману. Щоправда, як заявляють в компанії, він відповідно немає вирішального контролю, бо формально володіє менш, як половиною акцій.

Одним словом, вся ця сьогоднішня історія - це не про технічний збій в мережі. Зараз вирішується доля стратегічного активу.
