Володимир Зеленський помилився, перераховуючи кількість регіонів України у своєму святковому зверненні до Дня Конституції, - інформує PRпортал. 

"Згідно першої статті нашої Конституції Україна є суверенна, незалежна, демократична, соціальна й правова держава. Я думаю тут не вистачає ще одного твердження – Україна неймовірна красива та чарівна. Знаєте зараз я знаходжусь на Херсонщині – це чудовий і мальовничий край. Нам дуже пощастило, бо в нашій країні таких 25", – сказав президент. 

Зазначимо, що відповідно до статті 133 Конституції в адміністративному відношенні територія України нараховує 27 регіонів - 24 області, Автономну Республіку Крим і два міста, що мають спеціальний статус - Київ і Севастополь.
