Державна служба з питань безпеки харчових продуктів і захисту споживачів оштрафувала комбінат будівельних матеріалів у Полтавській області за зовнішню рекламу бетону із зображенням оголеної дівчини. Про це у вівторок, 31 жовтня, повідомила прес-служба уповноваженого Верховної Ради з прав людини, передає Кореспондент

 
Зазначається, що за результатами моніторингу в Полтавській області була виявлена зовнішня реклама будівельних матеріалів з написом "Комбінат будівельних матеріалів пропонує залізобетонні конструкції - бетон товарний, 1575 грн/м3 - зі мною згущується" і зображенням напівоголеної дівчини, фото якої нічим не пов'язане із рекламованими залізобетонними конструкціями і бетоном.
 
Держпродспоживслужба за порушення вимог законодавства застосувала до рекламодавця штрафні санкції.
 
Поширення дискримінаційної реклами припинене.
