Заступник голови Конституційного Суду Сергій Головатий задекларував за минулий рік чотири земельні ділянки, дві квартири та власний храм

Це вказано в його декларації про доходи за 2020 рік.

Так, він задекларував 25 тисяч гривень, €15 тисяч і $10 тисяч готівкою, а також 700 тисяч гривень, €9 тисяч і $735 у банку.

Згідно з декларацією він має житловий будинок площею 464 кв м і чотири земельні ділянки в селі Оленівка Фастівського району Київської області, дві квартири в Києві площею 142 і 96 кв м і 50% власності на житловий будинок у Смілі Черкаської області.

У КСУ за 2020 рік суддя отримав 3 млн 74 тис. зарплати.

Як зазначається, суддя володіє храмом Української православної церкви в селищі Вільшана (Черкаська область). Площа обʼєкту становить 201,3 кв. м.

Крім того Головатий володіє корпоративними правами на Бібліотеку правової літератури.
