В Павлограде (Днепропетровская область) городской суд вызвал на допрос погибшего в феврале 2017 года главаря бандформирования Сомали Михаила Толстых по кличке Гиви.

Об этом со ссылкой на Правительственный курьер сообщает Радио Свобода.

В случае неявки суд рассмотрит дело без него, говорится в сообщении.

Боевика обвиняют в совершении террористического акта. Судебное заседание назначено на 9:00 5 апреля.

Как пояснила правозащитница Украинского Хельсинского союза по правам человека Надежда Волкова, речь идет о бюрократических моментах. Если суд не вынес постановления, что человек является умершим, то он считается живым. Соответственно и Служба безопасности официально рассматривает Гиви как живого, ведь его смерть произошла на неподконтрольных территориях.

Напомним, в феврале 2017 года стало известно о гибели главаря бандформирования Сомали Михаила Толстых по кличке Гиви.

В так называемом "командовании ДНР" заявили, что Толстых был убит выстрелом из огнемета Шмель

В Министерстве обороны Украины подтвердили смерть Гиви.
