В подмосковном городе Сергиев Посад разгорелся скандал вокруг памятника выпускникам 1941 года.

Так, по мнению местных жителей скульптура является слишком откровенной - в частности, при взгляде на памятник создается впечатление, что бронзовая выпускница представлена в образе девушки с обнаженной грудью.

В свою очередь автор скульптуры, священник Евгений Антонов, заявляет, что женские формы очерчены им преднамеренно, поскольку "девушка символизирует жизнь, мир, счастье".

Эти объяснения не удовлетворяют жителей города, которые требуют вернуть клумбу, на месте которой была установлена скульптура.

Напомним, ранее в Запорожской области памятник Ленину передаелали в Пилипа Орлика. Переделка скульптур путем "одевания" их в национальную одежду и "добавления" национальной атрибутики, позволила местным властям сэкономить средства в период декоммунизации.
