Зокрема спостерігач "Опори" зафіксував роздачу пакунків з листівками та "гарантійним зобов’язанням" від імені Дмитра Голубова, що балотується на посаду міського голови Одеси. У листі зазначили, що в разі перемоги Голубова на виборах, він обіцяє відремонтувати двір багатоповерхового будинку на вулиці Краснова, розповіли в "Опорі".

Координаторка спостереження громадянської мережі "ОПОРА"Анастасія Матвієнко наголосила, що подібн "угоди" мають радше агітаційний характер, ніж юридичний.

"Виборці мають розуміти, навіть якщо вони підписали цей документ, це не є в жодному разі зобов'язанням голосувати за конкретного кандидата. Також важко припустити, що підписання такого договору буде мати якісь юридичні наслідки для кандидата, якщо його оберуть і він не буде виконувати взяті на себе зобов'язання у цій так званій угоді," — зазначила Матвієнко.
