До поліції звернувся 43-річний чернівчанин і повідомив, що невідома жінка заволоділа його автомобілем Merсedes-Benz. Як повідомляє PRпортал, про це пише місцеве ЗМІ.

На місці події слідчо-оперативна група Шевченківського відділення поліції встановила, що вказаний злочин скоїла 63-річна місцева жителька, яка перебувала у стані алкогольного сп’яніння. Побачивши на одній із вулиць відчинений автомобіль з ключами у замку запалювання, жінка скористалася тимчасовою відсутністю власника і незаконно заволоділа транспортним засобом.

Проїхавши декілька метрів, зловмисниця не впоралася з керуванням і в’їхала в будинок, пошкодивши авто.

Вчинок жінки кваліфіковано за частиною 1 статті 289 (Незаконне заволодіння транспортним засобом) Кримінального кодексу України. Наразі проводиться досудове розслідування, поліцейські встановлюють обставини події.

За такі дії порушниці доведеться відповідати перед судом. Жінці загрожує до п’яти років позбавлення волі.
