У штаті Міннесота, у місті Маршалл пара зайшла в магазин Walmart у масках зі свастикою — за це їм щонайменше на рік заборонили відвідувати магазини мережі. Про це повідомляє The Hill.

На відео жінка показує середній палець іншим відвідувачам магазину, які кажуть їм, що вони «хворі», адже носять символ нацизму.

«Якщо ви проголосуєте за Байдена, ви будете в нацистській Німеччині», — сказала жінка. Також вона пояснювала, що носить цю маску у відповідь на «соціалізм», який зараз діє у США. Пізніше подружжя зазначило, що таким чином вони протестують проти наказу губернатора, за яким люди у штаті повинні носити захисні маски всередині магазинів

Мережа Walmart назвала цей інцидент «неприйнятним».

«Ми прагнемо запровадити безпечні та комфортні умови для покупок для всіх наших клієнтів і не потерпимо ніякої дискримінації або переслідувань у будь-якій сфері нашого бізнесу», — сказали в компанії.
