Суд заарештував уральського блогера Руслана Соколовського, який ловив покемонів в єкатеринбурзькому Храмі-на-Крові, на два місяці.

Про це повідомляють РИА-новости.

За словами адвоката Соколовського, після того, як відео, опубліковане блогером, стало популярним в соцмережах, правоохоронні органи почали перевірку та порушили кримінальну справу за статтями порушення права на свободу совісті і віросповідань, і збудження ненависті або ворожнечі, а також приниження людської гідності.

Соколовський зняв на відео процес гри Pokemon GO в храмі. Блогер пояснив свої дії протестом проти законодавства, яке забороняє це робити. В інтернеті відео набрало більше 350 тисяч переглядів.

Слідство просило взяти Соколовського під варту, так як він може продовжити випуск відео, а також чинити тиск на свідків і перешкодити провадженню у справі.

На думку адвоката, блогера взяли під варту, щоб чинити на нього психологічний тиск і виключити спілкування з журналістами. Правозахисник висловив побоювання, що стосовно Соколовського можуть провести показовий процес.
